Nanette Quilt... the solid baby quilt

Today, I'm sharing the first version of the Nanette quilt I made. I used Art Gallery PURE solids on the front and a Dashwood Studio fabric for the backing. 

I had purchased this, Soiree Between the Lines, Dashwood Studio fabric for a previous quilt and decided not to use it. So, I thought it would make a pretty backing for a baby neutral quilt. 

I played around with my AG PURE solid swatches and made this selection for the front fabrics.

• Primary - Tile Blue
• Secondary - Festival Fuchsia
• Accent - Honey 
• Background - Linen White
• Binding - Tile Blue

Then, it was machine quilted by my mom, Betsy. This was the first time she's machine quilted a quilt. She used her domestic Bernina.
