Shipping Policy

Digital Downloads

Digital Downloads are made available immediately after checkout on the checkout screen.

Downloads are also emailed to the email address provided during checkout. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox within a few minutes. 

If you have any problems downloading the file/s, please email support@kellyrenay.com for assistance. Most replies are made within 48 hours.

Physical Goods

Physical items ship within 2-4 business days, via USPS first class or priority mail. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days for the delivery of your order.

Some 8x10 art prints are printed per order and ship within 3-6 business days via FedEx or USPS within the United States.

Commissioned Items

All commissioned quilts will be shipped via USPS priority mail with a tracking number. (Adding Insurance is optional for an additional fee)
