Flitter Flutter Quilt... tester, Aimee
What can is say about, Aimee? This lady constantly amazes me. She works, gardens, quilts, blogs and does photography. I’m not sure when she has time to sleep!
Anywho, Aimee is a sewing machine, really! Her speed just blows me away.
I believe this is the fourth time Aimee has tested a quilt pattern for me and she never disappoints in giving constructive feedback.
Now, let’s have a look at her gorgeous Flitter Flutter quilt...
One thing I’ve noticed about Aimee’s quilts is that she likes to use darker blues for her background. Then, she picks bright contrasting fabrics for the foreground. This time she went with a few Anna Maria Horner fabrics, some from older collections and then a newer piece that she was gifted by Scott Fortunoff, the president of Jaftex.
What colored background are you going to use for the Flitter Flutter quilt pattern? I’d really like to see! Won’t you share with me @bykellyrenay and with #flitterflutterquilt?

Love this quilt. The print used for the wings is awesome. Looks like they are sewn of tiny quilt blocks.
