Introducing Beary Neo... from the Beary Bunch Block Series

The Inspiration

Growing up, summers always seemed to pass by too quickly. They were filled with playdates, backyard adventures, and longer days that never felt quite long enough.

One of my favorite memories was hearing the ringing bell of a local man who rode his bicycle through the neighborhood with a cooler full of homemade ice cream popsicles. If you heard that little bell, you hurried to the sidewalk and waited patiently for him to stop.

While Beary Neo is happily enjoying a classic Neapolitan ice cream cone, my favorite was always the strawberry popsicle. Funny how one little sound can instantly bring back an entire season of memories.

That's the feeling I wanted this month's Beary Pal to capture.

Pattern Details

Beary Neo finishes at 20" × 35" and is constructed using traditional piecing with the stitch and flip method. The pattern is suitable for confident beginners while still offering an enjoyable project for experienced quilters.
