As the Lone Star State prepares to celebrate Texas Independence Day this coming Sunday, I’m honored to be releasing my newest quilt pattern.

The Nothin’ Like Texas Quilt Pattern, was inspired by that “something” us Texans all hold near and dear. By paying tribute to the three segments of the iconic Texas flag, the Nothin’ Like Texas Quilt Pattern offers the opportunity for you to showcase your love and pride for Texas.

Introducing the Nothin’ Like Texas Quilt Pattern…

The Nothin’ Like Texas Quilt Pattern, is a traditional pieced pattern that is constructed using the stitch and flip method to form two different blocks; Texas Block, and TX Initials Block.

Intricately designed the Texas Block showcases the iconic Texas states shape, broken into three sections. Those sections can be mix and matched or be sewn whole with the same fabric.

Written with highly detailed step-by-step instructions and fully colored graphics, the Nothin’ Like Texas Quilt Pattern is skilled for an intermediate quilter. As the blocks do involve some tricky stitch and flip angles and intersections. But with attention to detail this pattern is doable whether you’re a seasoned quilter or a novice enthusiast.

Offering 3 different size options, the Nothin’ Like Texas Quilt Pattern, will make a pillow or small wall hanging, throw, and large throw or full size quilts.

Each Texas state requires a fat-quarter, or the three sections of the state require a fat-eighth each.
